We suggest most people (adults) build up to 4 capsules per day, but start at 2 for a few days, then 3, and so on, only increasing assuming you have no adverse reaction to them (you shouldn’t, but we have to say that). 

Take with food, and if on 4 per day, then have 2 in the morning, and 2 in the evening (it’s better to spread the dose if possible but not essential). 

Children would likely need a lower dose. This can be dependent on age and size and we would advise you check with a doctor first.  In general, half the above mentioned dose is appropriate.
