We suggest most people (adults) build up to 2-3 capsules per day, but start at 1 for a few days, then 2, and so on, only increasing assuming you have no adverse reaction to them (you shouldn’t, but we have to say that). 


Take with food. This can be with any meal of the day that you choose.


In all cases, check with your doctor first if you wish.


In the rare event of an adverse reaction, stop taking immediately.
