How much Advanced Vegan Protein should I take?

Simply mix one scoop in a blender or shaker with your desired amount of liquid (we recommend approximately 250ml of water, coconut milk, coconut water, or nut milk). You may also choose to blend in other ingredients such as fruit or avocado to create a smoothie, or include as a healthy ingredient in a recipe (we're a big fan of chocolate banana protein pancakes!).
