We post out all orders on the same working day, or following working day, depending on what time the order is made.
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries. Typically, it takes 2 working days but can sometimes take up to 5 working days - it is completely dependent on the Royal Mail / your postman.
If you still haven’t received your order after 5 working days from when we posted it out please let us know and we will look into it further for you. It can also often be worth checking with your post office if you haven't received it - sometimes they try to deliver but can't because nobody is home to take it in, and then they forget to put the card through your letterbox advising you of that. That's rare, but we have known it to happen.
