We certainly don’t consider Advanced Turmeric to be an issue for iron levels, but advise you to check with your doctor before taking, as they are best placed to advise you.

We are aware of some online articles mentioning that it could reduce iron levels by binding to the iron but research indicates that primarily appears to be related to curcumin supplementation specifically, as opposed to turmeric.

Curcumin is found in turmeric, but a pure curcumin supplement obviously offers it at a much higher dose and that’s where it may lead to issues.

We certainly aren’t aware of any customers having had an issue from this perspective or that a doctor has advised against using it for this reason but obviously check with your own doctor if you are unsure.
